Each Title Toolkit  is custom-tailored for each state and handled by a title company with expertise in the selected state. Buyer and seller documentation is different for each state because of state regulations. You MUST Register here (at no cost) to ensure that your request for a Title Toolkit is properly handled by the pre-selected title company in the state you selected. Your Title Toolkit is purchased directly with the specialized title company/attorney network in your state. FiSBO Registry has no participation fee in this transaction and thus keeps your flat-fee Title Toolkit cost at the lowest cost possible. FiSBO Registry is not willing or able to practice title insurance or search in any state: only the title company you retain through the Title Toolkit is able to represent you.
